Some Are Easy To Break Into - Individual Heads Can Be Twisted Open   Integrated Single Body

Because of the nature of their design, some individual head machines can be broken into by someone with reasonable strength. This is done by wrapping their arms around the globe and twisting it open. This is even more simple if the globes are square in shape - making them easier to grab. Any locations with teenagers are a major threat for this kind of machine.

After much research, 1.800.VENDING decided to manufacture the most secure, integrated single body. No individual "globes" to grab or get arms around. Nothing to twist open. You will find that most vending manufacturers are now moving towards this kind of "built-in" composite body for added strength and security.

The Most Difficult Vending Machine To Service   The Easiest & Quickest Vending Machine To Service

Individual head vending machines are the most difficult machines in the industry to service. Just to get to your money (not including filling each head with candy) you must disassemble each machine head.

There are 18 steps you must take on each unit to get to your money in the bottom of each machine. Since it's impossible to hold all these machine parts (see vending machine diagram below) you will need to put them on the floor. This is viewed by customers and employees as unsanitary and dangerous.

THE 18 STEPS TO GET TO YOUR MONEY:

Step 1: Unlock the top
Step 2: Take off the lid
Step 3: Pull off the globe, globe hold down plate, globe hold down rods, globe dish, brush plate assembly, hopper wheel assembly and hopper.
Step 4: Pull off the body, coin mechanism, chute door and chute guard.
Step 5: Pick the coins out of the bottom of the machine (base) with your fingers - the only way to get them out of the bottom of the machine.
Steps 6-9: Repeat steps 1-4 in reverse order.
Steps 10-18: Repeat steps 1-9 for the second head.

360º Globes Expose Product To The Sun   Sun Shields To The Rescue

In many retail establishments the only space for your vending machines is by the front door, near the glass window. Individual head machines with 360º round globes expose your product to the sun in NUMEROUS locations. When the sun directly penetrates the product, it creates a "green-house effect" - causing a melted or faded product. This results in a shortened product shelf life.

Don't fall for the bogus "sun shades" that companies selling these kinds of machines say can be "added to the inside" of their globes. The last thing you want to do is "jury-rig" some piece of dark film on the inside so that it touches your product.

Because we know what sunlight can do to your product, 1.800.VENDING offers you our removable Sun Shield with each and every vending machine. No need to "rig" an unattractive, homemade piece that is taped or glued onto or inside the globes. Avoid direct sunlight wherever possible, but don't lose a good location because your vending machine is near a window.

Don't Have Spill Trays - Required By Many Locations   Optional Spill Trays

Individual head machines do not have spill trays - which many high-traffic locations demand without exception. You MUST have this as an option.

These machines that have a rigged "coin box" in the front of the machine not only jeopardize their security, but prevent the ability to ever attach a spill tray.

After one of our own employees was denied a high-traffic location with a large tire store chain due to not having a spill tray, 1.800.VENDING decided to never let that happen to our clients. Optional Spill Trays!

**Optional Spill Trays - located under the chute doors - are designed to prevent dropped candy from ever reaching the floor. Customers take candy directly from the vending machine - NOT the Spill Tray.

Do NOT Have "Interchangeable Canisters" - Only GLOBES That Were Never Designed To Be Switched Out   True Interchangeable Canisters - Designed From The Very Beginning

Individual head machines do NOT have "interchangeable canisters". They have GLOBES that were never designed to be switched out. There are a couple of companies selling these machines that are deceptively calling their globes "canisters". Recently, they have been using clever mocked up pictures and video clips on their web sites that make their globes "appear" interchangeable. One company has gone so far as taking a picture of one of our totes with four of their globes in it. They changed the color of the tote to appear red so it wouldn't be as recognizable. All of this has been done in an attempt to "jury-rig" their machines to be like ours. You will be greatly disappointed to learn the true difficulty in working with these machines.

Before we designed our triple-head machine, 1.800.VENDING put every vending machine on the market under a microscope. We specifically designed our Revolutionary Interchangeable Canister System in order to eliminate the outdated, servicing headaches of the individual head machines. The individual head machines were sold back in the 80's & 90's and are becoming more and more obsolete. No machine on the market functions or operates even close to the 1.800.VENDING machine. We also offer our Service Tote that perfectly holds 8 of our canisters. Unlike our competitors trying to "imitate" our advanced machine, this entire system was on the 1.800.VENDING drawing board from the very beginning.

Only Two Choices = Lost Income   Triple Your Income

Only two choices of candy = less income in your pocket

Individual Head Machine: Collect only $200 or less when emptied

If just one of your candies doesn't sell, you've lost 50% of your income

You have the same number of customers walking up to your vending machine. Why give them fewer places to give you their money?

"By having only 2 heads, how much money do I lose every time my vending machines empty?"

15 Vending Machines:  $1,500

20 Vending Machines:  $2,000

30 Vending Machines:  $3,000

50 Vending Machines:  $5,000

Over the years, our sales team has sold 1-head machines, 2-head machines and now the highest income producing THREE-head machines.

The research has been done and the results are in. The bottom line is THREE selections - with all THREE products visible - sells quickly. THREE is the ideal number of product selections to maximize your cash flow while preventing stale candy.**

By giving your customers THREE places to put their money - with all THREE products visible - you will put THREE TIMES THE INCOME in your pocket. It's that simple.

Multi-billion dollar companies have known "The Power of Three" for years - 1.800.VENDING has as well. Cater to every person, of every age group, every time!

**More than three choices usually results in a machine that must "spin" and therefore a large portion of product is usually facing a wall - "out of sight" - resulting in candy not being sold.

Paying Too Much For Too Little   Maximizing Your Investment

Individual head machines are cleverly priced near 3-Head machines. Yet, when it comes to the return on your money, what matters is what you are paying per head. For example: a individual head company sells 60 machine heads on 30 stands. Divide the total investment by 60 to find out what you are paying per head. Now do the same math with our 3-Head machine that offers 90 machine heads on 30 stands. Divide the total investment by 90.

With 1.800.VENDING, you will maximize your investment by a long shot. See for yourself by using the calculator below.

Step 1: Enter the number of heads you receive in any package offered by 1.800.VENDING and then the number of heads offered by a individual head competitor. (The number of stands should be the same.)
Step 2: Enter the amount of your investment with each company.
Step 3: Click on Calculate to see the difference.
